Barry's Chalkboard
Barry's chalkboard is a deliciously steaming blueberry pie. but feel free to add any elements you want. If you don't have a chalkboard, you can draw on paper of card for your Littles to copy into their drawing book.
First, I cut two basic shapes from A4 paper for the crust and base
I drew around the base shape, the flipped and drew again for a symmetrical pie pan
Do the same for the crust
Draw some berries or other fruit scattered around
And some steam
Add some pie crust edges
Begin adding some lighter base colours. I chose yellow and pink
Add a deeper colour to shadowy areas
Add a base colour to your berries
Using the corner of a damp cloth, add some detail to the berries
As the water dries, it will fill back in with a lighter colour
